  The staff at Dial & Dudley is absolutely outstanding! They are caring, polite, attentive and professional. It was as if they felt part of our family. It is a family owned and operated business. Rene and Jim provided a personal touch not found elsewhere. When we needed them for any reason they were available. I felt they went over and above our expectations. We found their prices far below the other funeral homes while offering high quality products and services. We cannot thank them enough for all they did during our difficult time.

  These funeral directors helped us so much. After going to a more prominent funeral home, I felt frustrated with how we were being treated. A friend recommended we try Dial and Dudley and the difference was night and day! We didn't feel like we were being pressured to handle the death of our loved one in any specific way. Reynae laid out their services and was very helpful while allowing us to make our own decision. And the prices! If we had stuck with our first choice, we would have gone broke! Dial and Dudley cares. I wouldn't entrust my the care of my family members to anyone else.

  Can't say enough good stuff about this funeral home. It's very family oriented and they were beside me every step of the way. My husband passed away out of state and they handled everything so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time a little easier on my family.

  Owners and staff are helpful and compassionate. Funerals are meant to be a reflection of someone's life so each are different and unique. I felt that every funeral I attended at this location was personalized and comforting. Funerals are also very expensive but here I felt treated like family and not "sold" on upgrades or taken advantage of in any way. Finance shouldn't be a concern but it is for everyone and they understand that and don't make you feel like you cared less because you can't afford this or that. I will use them in future...but hopefully not to soon.

  My words are inadequate to express my great gratitude to Ms Renee, Rev. Darell, and the entire family of Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. I have attended many services there over the years and appreciate the warmth of genuine care, love, and support they share with each family.
  In our families' several times of loss and grief you were all always outstanding. We felt your great love, your sweet kindness, extreme patience, and awesome generosity. Thank you for showing the Father's love in ALL you do. THANK YOU again with all my heart from my family to yours.
